Juventino * Romas-Ortiz Also Known As (AKA): Race: Hispanic     Sex: Male Date of Birth or Age: 07/07/1976 Height: Weight: 145 Hair Color: Black   Eye Color: Brown Scars/Marks/Tattoos: Tattoo of ORTIZ on Right Bicep, Tattoo of JUBE on Right Breast, Right Hand, Mole on his Left Cheek, and a Scar on his Nose. Juventino is wanted by the Sedgwick County District Court for Rape, Violating his Probation for Possession of Cocaine, and for Traffic Charges. He was previously deported by INS and has returned to the area. We do not know what address he may be staying at in the Wichita area, but previously he did live in the 800 Block of North Oliver.
