Please continue to make wind and solar energy available, as quickly as possible. Our earth demands we reduce the carbon foot-print asap! Also, my electricity bills seem to be higher in recent months, though I don't believe I'm doing anything differently energy-wise. They've been near $30, despite my having 22 solar panels on the south-facing roof. Are the rates going up?
