I like plan 8 the best. It seems to reflect the best direction for socio-economic development and potentially unifies interests Sedgwick County. I think most people are looking at their neighborhoods exclusively, but there needs to be a "big picture" approach. to this process, Each of the commission districts seem to have an equal stake in most segments of the area: center city, suburban and rural, ethnically diverse, economically diverse, small town vs. big city, etc. No particular area is over or under represented, forcing the commissioners to work together to solve problems that affect all citizens in the county, not just in their district.
