Continue to make wise investments in infrastructure, form partnerships that reduce duplication of services, ensure best-case scenarios for resources, establish efficiencies where opportunities allow. Be proactive in leveraging county resources for services. Consider new and emerging technologies, and act quickly to implement. Manage human resources efficiently, but truly with capacity so personnel are not burdened daily.
